It was amazingly good and they had a nice selection of shampoo. the staff were really friendly and helpful, they made me feel right at home 😊.

The hotel was fairly clean with free Wi-Fi. The staff were excellent and amicable day and night. The location was quiet and reasonably priced for me as it was just off S-bahn, Close to transport into town and central historic Mainz. Had a fine stay here.

Straightforward hotel, everything was great. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with big fluffy beds, bathroom and that was great. The venue had a marvellous and awesome position, near the river front.

The room was wonderful and bright, with central heating and a safe. the location was marvellous, adjacent to a tram stop, the city center, and the main train station. - Neustadt district was worth staying in.

Room was modern and had everything we needed, so we ended up chilling in there all day. 🛁 Location-wise, it was super close to public transport, which was handy. the Neustadt district nearby was pretty cool to check out too.

The location was excellent, with many cool locations nearby and easy access to public transport. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with blackout curtains and windows that blocked noise effectively. The hotel also provided a vault in every room, which was able to fit a tablet.
